Why are we called Salt and Light Calvary SOC?
Salt preserves flesh/meat from corruption – it slows it’s decay- Jesus wants His followers to be people who hold back the evil of the world. Salt also enhances the flavor of things – Jesus wants His followers to renew the world and be part of its redemption…. Salt can also be mixed with honey and rubbed on the skin for maladies – so it is healing.
Jesus wants His people to
participate in the healing of the world- not its destruction.
Light illuminates – we want to educate and inspire
Christians to pray and take action!

At Salt and Light Calvary SOC we strive to glorify God, as we protect and preserve the biblical values that are enshrined in the U. S. Constitution. We are to occupy until He comes, and as
Salt and Light Calvary SOC, we confront the enemy wherever it threatens those values.
